Funding in Angus

Motability Foundation

Provides grants £50,000 to £1 million

For organisations looking to deliver something innovative related to shared community transport, which has the potential to either be replicated elsewhere, or develop a tool that can be of benefit to other providers.

See Hear Angus

Bid for up to £3,000

To support ideas for small projects that will support people in Angus who live with hearing or sight loss.

Deadline: 31st January

The Shackleton Foundation

Provides seed funding grants/loans to inspirational leaders and early-stage social enterprises with the potential to make a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people.

Deadline: 2nd February 2026, although multiple deadlines throughout the year.

James Tudor Foundation - Mental Health programme

Provides grants of up to £20,000

Supports charities that help children and young people who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences to overcome their trauma & thrive. Supports charities that help parents address their own severe mental health issues to prevent them from harming their children.

Bairdwatson Charitable Trust

Provides grants of up to £20,000

The fund supports organisations that provide training for employment, employment support, and vocational skills.

Deadline: 6th February

The Screwfix Foundation

Offers local registered charities & not for profit organisations funding in the region of £5,000 to support projects that improve, repair & maintain buildings & facilities used by people in need..

Deadline: 10th February, although various deadlines throughout the year

Volunteering Matters

Apply for up to £250 for environmental activities in green spaces

Projects must complete and submit feedback by 28th February 2026

Agritourism Investment Scheme (AIS)

With a £1 million budget available in the current window, AIS offers capital grants to help farms, crofts and estates develop high‑quality agritourism experiences.

Deadline: Midnight on 13th March

Scottish Government Small Producers Pilot Fund – Capital Grants

Providing £50,000 in capital funding

To support small producers sectors in Scotland, empowering them to play a key role in delivering the governments ‘Vision for Agriculture’.

Funding must be spent by March 2026

Learning Disability Support Fund

Total of £325,000 available for first 6 months and £650,000 per year for following two years

Aims to sustain and support organisations working directly with people in Scotland with learning disabilities.

Active October 2025 to March 2028

Sport Facilities Fund

A budget of circa £2 million per annum supports capital projects that help to create or improve places where people take part in sport and physical activity.

Tesco Stronger Starts Grants

Provides grants of up to £1500

Supporting children, young people or families from across the whole of Scotland.
