Cost:

• £10 per hour with a minimum cost of £20 ( Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged £10. The full booking cost will be charged if no notification of cancellation is received.)

• Refreshments of tea, coffee and water can be provided for an additional £2.50 per meeting.
