WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

10 October 2023

Tuesday 10th October is World Mental Health Day, a campaign organised by Mental Health Foundation and recognised each year on 10th October.

This year’s theme is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’. Mental health problems exist in our lives, families, workplaces, and communities, and can have an impact on everyone. World Mental Health Day is about raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change for everyone’s mental health.
