2nd-8th October is Challenge Poverty Week, a Scotland-wide campaign led by the Poverty Alliance. It is designed to raise awareness that poverty exists in Scotland and restricts people’s ability to take part in society.
Voluntary Action Angus are getting involved by continuing to tackle the public health challenges of poverty and inequalities which have significant impact on well being, people and communities.
Our Locality Workers will be holding some drop in sessions throughout the week, feel free to pop along and have a chat, they are here to support you and all things community related.
