VOLUNTEERS' WEEK 2024

To mark 40 Years of Volunteers’ Week, Voluntary Action Angus held a celebration to acknowledge the incredible efforts of Angus volunteers, past and present, on Saturday 8 June 2024.
 
The commemorative event was a great opportunity to thank our community of dedicated volunteers and as part of this, we unveiled a sustainable ‘Thank you!’ with a new community seat situated outside our offices at the Angus Third Sector Centre, in appreciation of Angus Volunteers.
 
We would like to say thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of celebrating all things volunteering in Angus. 
 
A special thank you to Granny Bettys Larder for providing the delicious catering and James Salmond, for leading the unveiling with the bagpipes.
