Youth Volunteering Pop-Up events
October 2022
Voluntary Action Angus (VAA), in partnership with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), is running Youth Volunteering Pop-Up events alongside other organisations, during October.
The Pop-Up events will take place throughout secondary schools in Angus, with the aim to educate pupils on what volunteering is, the benefits of volunteering, what opportunities are available, what doors it can open and help them get started!
All of the organisations who are taking part:
DYW, 16+, Angus Carers Centre, Angus Advocacy, ADHD Support, Angus Cycle Club, Brechin Soup Initiative, Brechin Men Shed, Cats Protection, Citizens Advice Bureau, Care About Angus, Creative Academy of Performing Arts Angus, DD8 Music, DEAP Ltd, Food For Life, Forfar Loch Parkrun, Kirriemuire Friday Nite Project, Hospitalfield, Kirriemuir Food Hub, Lochside Connections, Monifieth Befrienders, Murton Trust and Strathmore Volunteering.
