Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through to adulthood.
Please note that the survey is about the person you care for and any experiences they may have had accessing mental health support services. The survey does not ask for any detail about specific mental health issues experienced, but some people may find the survey upsetting.
The research is anonymous and confidential. This questionnaire should take around 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is returned directly to Assenti Research who are governed by the Market Research Society. If you have any questions about the research or any difficulties taking part please contact Sinead 0774 0911 976 or firstname.lastname@example.org
This survey closes on 17th October 2021.
