Angus Talking Newspaper Association
Angus Talking Newspaper are a charitable organisation run entirely by volunteers providing free of charge cd’s of the local news to people who are registered blind or visually impaired.
We are urgently looking for volunteers in BRECHIN and FORFAR who can spare 2 hours once a month with experience in using a laptop to record our readers reading from their local paper and produce a cd. Full training will be provided.
If you have 2 hours to spare once a month, please contact our Secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will put the applicant in touch with the appropriate Team Leader.
Organisation aims and objectives
To supply CD’s with articles read from local newspapers to blind and visually impaired people registered with our organisation.
- Experience required: Familiarity with computers would be desirable, although training will be given
