Colourful Carnoustie
Locality:
Long Business Description:

Colourful Carnoustie is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to improving the environment, primarily through developing and maintaining the floral ‘look’ of the town. We work with local schools and organisations and in both 2015 and 2016 Carnoustie won gold awards in the Beautiful Scotland competition. We took a year out in 2017 but are now gearing ourselves up for a vigorous and enjoyable 2018, especially with the Open in the town this July.

Carnoustie to Barry is a long town. Our efforts to date have mostly been focused on the town centre, but we would like to expand west along Dundee Street and Barry Road. And to do this we need help! Help of any kind is much appreciated, whether in providing ideas, helping with projects, an hour or two of planting up or weeding, taking responsibility for watering one or some planters, fund-raising, or simply following us on Facebook and spreading the word.
