Harley Davidson Event Brechin, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July, 2019

The roles we require are to man road barriers and carparks and relieving any other volunteers in different roles. This could include selling ice cream, guiding visitors to different areas of the event, registering bikers/stall holders in HQ and assisting where necessary to make sure the event runs safely and well. The volunteers will receive a complimentary burger and ice cream if they are to be with us for more than 4 hours. They will have the opportunity to enjoy the spectacle with visitors as they mingle freely among the many thousands of national and international tourists who come to the spectacular annual event. We would welcome ANY TIME ON ANY DAY. They will not be disappointed.
This is a free event that our committee organises every year and it gets bigger and bigger every year, hence the reason we have had to locate another area of Brechin. This year the entire event will take place on River Street, which incorporates a lot more possibilities for children, in particular, to experience the use of the play park and outdoor paddling pool (if the weather permits!). There are many many stall holders, a ride out by possibly 500 bikers, the Brechin Pipe Band leading the bikers, Tunnocks Teacake Competition, Codonas fun fair from Friday through to Sunday night and live music throughout the weekend.
